AgWest’s cooperative structure with customer-member governance is one of the unique qualities that separates us from other lenders. Nominating Committee members are elected each year by the voting members to screen, interview and select director candidates for board elections.
In 2026, Region 1 (Washington/Alaska), Region 2 (Montana), Region 3 (Idaho) and Region 8 (Southwest) each have one director position up for election. The Nominating Committee has selected two director candidates for each position to be placed on the ballots to be mailed to voting members following the September 16 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting:
Region 1 - Washington/Alaska
Amy Frye, Bow, WA
Andy Werkhoven, Monroe, WA
Region 3 - Idaho
Cori Ann Wittman Stitt, Lapwai, ID
Scott Steele, Idaho Falls, ID
Region 2 - Montana
Vicki Eggebrecht, Belgrade, MT
Ryan Lankford, Chinook, MT
Region 8 – Southwest
Josh Gladden, Buckeye, AZ
Josh Meyer, Scottsdale, AZ
The committee has also selected candidates to go on the ballot to run for each of the 2027 Nominating Committee positions up for election.
The Notice of Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be mailed to AgWest stockholders in late August and posted on AgWestFC.com. Additional biographical and background information about all candidates will be mailed to voting members and posted here following the Annual Meeting. Election results will be announced in mid-October. Director and Nominating Committee terms are effective January 1, 2027.
