Andy Werkhoven was elected to the Board in 2021. He also serves on the Qualco Energy Board and the Executive Committee for Snohomish County Sustainable Land Strategies. Andy holds a BS in agribusiness from Dordt College.

Andy operates Werkhoven Brothers and Werkhoven Dairy in Monroe, Washington. He farms more than 1,500 acres for dairy forages, with a rotating mix of corn, grass, alfalfa, triticale, and pasture. He also runs a digester business processing all his operations’ manure and food waste from the Seattle area.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys hiking in the mountains with his family.
