When accessing your accounts online, we require enhanced security measures such as using multi-factor authentication. Furthermore, our system will lock down if too many incorrect answers are submitted when attempting to log in. AgWest staff will verify your identity before unlocking your account.
Secure messaging
AgWest staff communicates electronically using secure messaging when sending sensitive information. This service encrypts all email exchanges, mitigating the potential that a hacker could be ‘eavesdropping’. AgWest also utilizes software internally that prevents staff from sending out highly sensitive information through non-encrypted email exchanges.
Staff trainings
AgWest staff are required to regularly participate in trainings discussing how to keep our customers’ information protected and potential risks that could lead to a security breach.
