We live and work in the communities we serve, and helping those communities thrive means we recognize and value our employees’ commitments outside of work – from family to farm, to friends and fellowship. For many of our employees, a hybrid work schedule helps provide flexibility to be closer to those commitments and the ability to interact with coworkers more effectively while in the office. We also provide ways to recharge while at work and foster healthy working relationships through activities like lunch gatherings, walking groups, team building activities and learning communities that support your overall well-being.
An agricultural background is not required to work at AgWest. We employ people with a variety of backgrounds. In some roles, knowledge of agriculture is preferred.
