Yes. AgWest provides relocation support if a trainee is required to relocate for their assigned role.
Upon successful completion of the six‑month trainee program, certified trainees are placed into a role with AgWest in Lending or Insurance, with a designated job title and location, which may or may not be their training location.
Yes. Trainees are eligible for the same benefits as other full‑time employees, including paid time off, health benefits and holiday pay.
