Beth Kennar was appointed to the Board in 2021. She serves as an Outside Director and Chairs the Human Capital Committee.

Beth has practiced law for 30 years and recently retired from Summit Law Group where she specialized in labor and employment law and executive compensation. She continues to maintain an active license to practice law and serves on the board of the Spokane YWCA. Beth also served as past SVP-Human Resources for Red Lion Hotels. Beth holds a bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University and an honors JD from the University of Washington School of Law.

Together with her husband and four children, Beth enjoys hiking and spending time with family at the lake.
