Blake was elected to the AgWest Board of Directors in 2003 and previously served as board chair. He is president of Harlan Family Ranch in Woodland, California, does business as Harlan Feed, and is a partner in Buckeye Five Farms and Wilson Bend Farms.

He grows processing tomatoes, almonds, alfalfa, rice, wheat, corn, sunflowers and olives in California’s Yolo and Colusa counties. Blake earned a degree in agricultural management from California Polytechnic State University. He has held numerous leadership roles in agriculture and in his community.
