Mark Cook was elected to the Board in 2016 and currently serves as Board Chair.

He is the President of North Bowie Farming and grows pecans, pistachios and alfalfa in Cochise and Graham County, Arizona. He is also President of Producers Pump Company, President/CEO of A&P Growers Cooperative, a California non-profit agricultural cooperative that markets California and Arizona agricultural commodities and a Director of the Arizona Nut Company, a pistachio hulling and processing company. Mark serves on the board of the Western Pecan Growers Association, AZ Pecan Growers Association, AZ Pistachio Growers Association and Cochise County Farmers Association, a farm supply cooperative.
