Shawn Walters has served on the Board since 2010.

Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. His operations are based in Eastern Idaho just outside Rexburg. Together with his son and son-in-law, they operate a potato fresh pack facility, Walters Produce, Inc., and various farming entities in the surrounding counties. The farm operation concentrates on potatoes (russets, reds, minis, and processed varieties), but also includes wheat, barley, and alfalfa. Shawn has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the industries he is involved with in numerous capacities over the years. He is a fourth generation grower, and third generation packer.

Shawn’s hobbies include just about any activity that involves his grandchildren, whether it be watching or participating with them.
