Tom was elected to the AgWest Board of Directors in 2017.

He is a director and corporate secretary of Ikeda Bros., a third-generation diversified farming operation on California’s Central Coast that grows citrus, berries, avocados and vegetables, including Asian vegetables for the fresh market. Tom also serves as president of Fukuhara Farms, Inc., which leases land for vegetable production. He serves on several agricultural boards and is a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Program and the Executive Program for Ag Producers.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys golf, archery and fly fishing.
